The Madison Town Hall is Rented and Maintained by the Madison Fire Volunteers Association. The Price to rent the hall is $1,200 per event with a $1,000 security deposit (deposit will be returned after the hall is returned in the same condition it was issued). Full payment, insurance, and security contract are all due 30 days prior to the event. This hall has a maximum capacity of 250 people. This hall has a full kitchen with 2 stoves, a non-hosted bar, male/female restrooms and comes with 24-8ft tables, two large round tables, and 200 chairs.

Madison Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Madison Fire Protection District
